Gallery 44 will be open on Tuesday, March 27^th from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in order for artists to pick up consigned artwork and customers to retrieve framing.  Any payments due to the Gallery can only be made by cash or check – the credit card machine is no longer in operation.

Artists and dealers, please bring any documentation regarding the consignment arrangement with Gallery 44 with you.

My mom is doing better, though her progress is slow and the road ahead is long. She is out of the coma, though still unable to really talk due to the ventilator in her trachea. She faces many weeks (maybe months) of physical therapy to regain the full use of her limbs, which have atrophied from so many weeks in the coma–they call it critical care myopathy. Nevertheless, she is moving in the right direction, and the family looks forward to her eventual release from the hospital and start of the next chapter in her life. Thank you for your good will and your patience in this difficult time.
